In terms of Section 124 of Companies Act, 2013, if the dividend declared by the Company has not been paid or claimed by the shareholder within 30 days from the date of the declaration, the Company shall transfer such amount to Unpaid Dividend Account.

Any person desirous of claiming the amount entitled to him shall apply to the company.
Note: All dividends remaining unclaimed for more than seven years from the date of transfer to the Unpaid Dividend Account shall be transferred along with interest accrued thereon to the “Investor Education and Protection Fund” (IEPF) established by the Central Government.
